For Your Meditation Practice Today - Hakini Mudra

Hakini mudra is used to help you look at the bigger picture and make some connections, as shown here with the hands held , all fingertips and thumbs touching, in an open position, as if holding a globe.  The hands in Hakini mudra are held at the Solar PlexusChakra, in the center of the abdomen.  This mudra leaves room for a few drops of essential oil, rubbed together between the palms first, and then becomes a wonderful aromatherapy for the meditation.  Consider Frankincense or Myrrh.
