Re-Energizing Practices to Spring Forward

It is time to "spring forward" despite our current global sheltering at home.  We can use the time to bolster our immunity by embracing well-being practices to include building a daily yoga practice. In light of the lengthening days, we are sharing a meditation to support a positive outlook and an energizing yoga asana practice with the following sequence to help you get ready to enjoy the budding spring days:  

Sukhasana (Happy Pose) 
Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)
Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana (Revolved Head to knee Pose)
Cat/Cow
Utkatasana (Powerful Pose)
Noose Pose preparation
Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I) alongside Garudasana (Eagle) 
and Godess Pose
